Reese Witherspoon

Draper James + Leigh Deux

Last night I got a first hand look at Reese Witherspoon's quickly popular line of clothing, accessories and gifts, Draper James. Characterized by the most adorable of Southern expressions and sayings such as "Bless Your Heart" and "Pleased as Punch" and "Hello Sugar," I've enjoyed keeping up with the whimsical line of chic products on line.  It was a real treat to finally see these well appointed products and designs up close!  Hosted by the Leigh Goodwyn and Leigh-ann Sprock, the just as adorable as Reese teeny weeny blond dynamic duo behind the equally fun Leigh Deux line of bedding and bedroom accessories, the event served as the North Carolina debut showing of Reese's designs.  Originally designed for dorm room living, Leigh Deux responded to their quick popularity by adapting their products for the everyday home.  Here's a look at some of last night's yummy!

Leigh-ann and Leigh wearing Draper James perched atop their designs.

HERE is Leigh-ann's top, and HERE is Leigh's.

The tie dye fabric hanging on the left is a duvet cover.  What I would DEUX (couldn't help) to have this fabric as curtains!  Check out the entire Shibori Collection HERE.   Pillows, headboards, towels Oh My!

And a look at some of the Draper James gracious goodness...

This Georgia Plaid Cape and coordinating clutch reminded me of my Grandmother's Pendleton Coat.

I adore these Southern Sayings note cards.

I want this skirt for a Christmas party!!

This embroidered button down shirt would be perfect paired with cowgirl boots for a football game at my alma mater.

"In the South, you can never be too kind, too gracious or too well-dressed". I don't know about y'all, but I have always loved my fellow Southern gal, Reese Witherspoon. She's smart, talented, brainy and my favorite, you got it, absolutely to the manor born.  If you adore this sweet Southern Belle as much as I do, now you can purchase a piece of her southern hospitality and genuine way for yourself, your home or for a loved one.  Reese has created the Draper James line, named after her Grandmother and her Grandfather.  At Draper James, you'll find "the perfect dress so that you feel pretty always, stationery for every occasion, and all that you need to make your space feel like Home, Sweet, Home".  I could not help but love how these gentleman's handkerchiefs just happen to spell out my Alma mater.  Coincidental? And tell me this hat doesn't make you want to go to the Derby. Here's a look at my current favorites.  Just click on the image to shop 'til your heart's delight, y'all.
